* Job Description:
** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment? - As a Registered Nurse, you'll work independently while demonstrating your clinical expertise in both routine and complex patient care.
- Lead yourself, others, and even leaders while impacting patients' lives positively every day.

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Deliver top-notch nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients.
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols; monitor and assess for effectiveness and side effects.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications administered, and care delivered accurately.
- Assess patient learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Skills:
* - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
* Experience:
* - 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
* Licenses, Registrations, or
Certifications:
* - Current BLS certification (AHA only) required.
- Current ACLS certification (AHA only) required.
- Current PALS certification (AHA only) required.
- Current TNCC certification required.
- RN License in the state of TX or compact.
* Position Requirements:* - Newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
- Participate in a residency program or orientation with preceptorship for newly licensed RNs.
- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.

* - Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM - Full-Time Position --
