A dynamic, full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity is available in a thriving and well-supported anesthesia department located in Texarkana, Texas
. This role is ideal for both seasoned CRNAs and new graduates looking to grow their careers within a cohesive team and a high-quality clinical environment.
Join a Level III trauma center where your clinical skills will be fully utilized across a diverse range of cases

- Wide Case Variety: Manage cases including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, GYN, robotics, pediatrics, GI, EP, and urology. Optional OB cases for those experienced with epidural/spinal anesthesia. No heart or transplant cases.
- Advanced Equipment: Work with the latest Mindray Digital Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, Glide Scopes, and EPIC for computerized charting.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, with optional 16- and 24-hour shifts available after onboarding.
- Mentorship & Team Support: A collaborative culture with approachable leadership that emphasizes mentorship, especially for new graduates.
- Base Salary: $260,000
- Additional Pay: Overtime, shift differentials, call pay, and holiday pay
- Sign-On Bonus or Student Stipend: $75,000
- Paid Time Off: Granted up front
- CME Support: 40 hours of CME + $2,500 allowance
