Registered Nurse (RN) – Reunion Plaza Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center

Location:

Texarkana, TX.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our long‑term and rehabilitative care facility. As an RN, you will participate in and direct patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. You will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing quality, compassionate healthcare.

• Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinates.
• Participate in duty assignments.
• Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversee and monitor functions and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action for discipline or training.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current, valid RN licensure.
• Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
