• Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, safe forklift spotting, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensure proper rotation and storage of chemicals, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
