Perfusionist Contract Opportunity | Texas

We are currently hiring a Perfusionist for a full-time contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled surgery for setup

Open to New Graduates | Temp-to-Perm Option Available

Weekly Gross: $5,206

• W2 Rate: $99/hour
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate cardiopulmonary bypass (heart-lung) machines during open-heart surgery
• Manage Cell Saver, auto transfuser, ECMO, and IABP systems
• Provide intraoperative support to surgeons and clinical teams
• Manage anticoagulation, heparin/protamine administration, and physiologic monitoring
• Ensure equipment readiness, cleaning, and supply management
• Support quality and infection control data requirements

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Perfusionist program
• BLS (AHA only)
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion preferred
• 3 years of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
