Schedule: Part-Time | After school Hours (Approximately 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday)

Texarkana Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team during after school hours. If you are passionate about helping children thrive and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families in a supportive, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in a fun, engaging, and functional environment.
• Collaborate closely with supervising OTs to implement customized treatment plans.
• Document sessions in compliance with professional standards and clinic policies.
• Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers.
• Help children meet developmental milestones and achieve greater independence.

• Licensed COTA in the state of Texas (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric clinicals).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• A heart for children and a passion for therapy that makes a difference.
