External Job Description

• Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct vehicle inspections, maintain, and clean the vehicle.
• Count and record inventory with precision; follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods; meet daily performance goals.

• Competitive pay: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour, with a productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months and a maximum of $5.00.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight stays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; lift up to 25 lbs; use ladder; squat and kneel as required.
• Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and consistency; positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No experience needed in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work; training provided.
