We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage

This contract nurse practitioner position focuses on comprehensive health screenings
, medication history review, and physical evaluations in patients  homes. Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members and pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms are provided. The role emphasizes preventive care and wellness evaluation
, with no prescribing or treatment modifications required.

• Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly
• $80 base rate per completed assessment
• Average 6-9 patient visits daily
• Additional pay-per-test compensation for qualifying visits

• Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
• No prescribing or treatment modifications required

• Independent contractor (1099) status
• Malpractice insurance coverage included
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car coverage (eligibility-based)
• Availability incentives based on weekly commitment
• Choose short-term or long-term contracts

• Active state nursing license required
