• Greet prospective residents and provide them with tours of the property.
• Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available units, leasing specials, and property amenities.
• Assist with resident events and other community-building activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
