We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical Lead on our Fire Unit team as part of our Patriot Software Team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Patriot is the world's pre-eminent air defense system, and we are currently developing software in support of new system capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system architects, and product leads to ensure that the solutions we deliver meet our customers’ requirements.

• Collaborate across teams to define requirements and dependencies, including Radar, Command and Control, and Communication teams
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Test Architect, and multiple functions to support the development, implementation and deployment to support the Patriot Program
• Responsible for developing a team capable of delivering products or being a software concept lead
• Support program growth through proposal development and the deployment and continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Lead and / or project management experience
• Experience with complex systems
• Experience developing software with agile methodology in a team-based environment
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Active Secret security clearance
• Well-developed communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to radar software development and/or radar concepts
• Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems
• Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded applications.
• Ability to promote a culture of continuous learning, cross-team collaboration and training.
