Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.;
Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.;
Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.;
Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.;
Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
