Host, Restaurant​/Food Service, Server​/Wait Staff

Overview

Join Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Host. You will greet guests, assist servers, maintain guest flow, and contribute to a friendly dining experience.

• Greet guests at the entrance with a warm welcome and smile.
• Assist servers in providing excellent guest service.
• Maintain overall flow of guests through the restaurant.
• Support front‑of‑house operations and coordinate seating.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Commitment to creating a positive impact on guests.
• Ability to remain stationary and perform basic physical tasks for up to 4 hours.

• Remain stationary, walk in an orderly manner for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Speak clearly, listen attentively. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks during the entire shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.

Compensation starts at $15–$20.00 per hour, plus tips. We offer competitive wages, daily pay (not available in California), flexible schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a clear career path.
