Overnight Manager

Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations during the overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM, including weekends). Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain quality, safety, security, and profitability.

Starting at $17-$19 an hour

• Lead the overnight shift, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan shift schedules, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, and quality food production.
• Manage crew, provide training, and schedule shifts.
• Ensure safety and security of the restaurant and staff.
• Monitor profitability and report to the next (breakfast) shift manager to prepare them for the day.
• Meet shift targets and complete delegated tasks to support restaurant goals.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player available to work overnight hours (11 PM–7 AM) and on weekends>
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
