Life Science Facility Support Associate (Entry Level)
Sterling Life Science Logistics in Tewksbury, MA is hiring an entry-level Facility Support Associate to support daily operations in our GMP-regulated life science storage facility. This role supports material handling, inventory control, and temperature-controlled storage across ambient, refrigerated, frozen, and cryogenic (LN₂) environments.
Full-Time (Min. 30 hrs/week) | $22–$28/hour
Shift: Flexible, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Tewksbury, MA – Sterling Life Science Logistics

Weekend On-Call (Emergency Only)
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship regulated materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and audit-ready documentation
- Monitor freezers, refrigerators, and LN₂ systems; respond to alarms
- Support logistics, courier coordination, and facility walkthroughs
- Follow GMP, QMS, and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some lab and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort in regulated environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold temperatures
- Interest in life sciences, GMP, and quality systems
- Competitive pay ($22–$28/hr)
