Position Summary
Under the direction of the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst works with complex financial systems and Asset Liability models, analyzing and projecting the Banks financial performance. Additionally, this role provides analysis and reporting to senior management to support the Banks on-going strategic balance sheet management initiatives.

- Financial Reporting & Planning:
Conduct quarterly interest rate risk and liquidity simulations using the Banks Asset Liability Management (ALM) software. - Develop periodic financial forecasts for use in the Banks quarterly and annual forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare recurring or ad hoc financial reports and analysis to support and give insight for decision making.
- Interpret financial information and recommend and implement solutions to key financial and operational opportunities.
- Participate as a member of the Banks Asset/Liability Committee.
- Support development of board materials and executive presentations.
- Collaborate, develop, and maintain reporting and communication processes with other departments and business line executives.
- Monitor financial and interest rate markets and assess the potential impact on the Banks financial results.
- Strive to streamline financial reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Compliance:
Maintain and adhere to the Banks Risk Management policies and procedures. - Assist with internal and external audit engagements, as well as Safety & Soundness examination.

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in accounting and/or financial services.
- Experience with asset liability management software models is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical with the ability to provide solutions for complex problems.
- Extremely organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under variable conditions.
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Must be willing and able to report to Headquarters in Tewksbury five full days a week.
