Program Control Analyst – Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) division, PATRIOT Integrated Product Team(s).

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions.
  • Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensure all changes are incorporated into control systems.
  • Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, LADS Program Management Offices, and Cross Business Teams to provide financial insight and support.
Qualifications – Must Have
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, particularly with Excel.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified.
  • R6

    Sigma Specialist.
  • Self‑starter with a positive attitude, willing to take on challenges.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Operations finance or factory/manufacturing finance experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $82,000 – $164,000 USD.

Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits depend on business unit and collective‑bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on position level and coverage under a collective‑bargaining agreement.

This role is U.S.

-based. For U.S. territory residents, appropriate pay structure and benefits apply.
