Geologics has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer experienced with a programming language such as MATLAB, Python, Perl, C / C++, Linux, and / or Unix. Experience with systems engineering, integration, networking, verification, validation, and / or testing is required.

The work is on-site in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

• Interim or Active Secret clearance – typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with a programming language such as MATLAB, Python, Perl, C / C++, Linux, and / or Unix.
• Experience with systems engineering, integration, networking, verification, validation, and / or testing.

• Experience using test equipment, software installations, and integration or regression testing systems with certifications in CompTIA Network+ and/or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with MATLAB, Linux (Red Hat), Unix, Perl, C / C++, and Shell scripting for performing integration, verification, and test analysis; integrating and configuring electronics / network routers; installing and debugging software.
• Experience creating integration test procedures, test plans, test scripts, developing and maintaining configuration control documentation, and navigating test setup schematics.
• Experience with agile and Dev Sec Ops  processes: implementing or maintaining agile methodologies, participating in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, PI planning, retrospectives, and agile tooling such as JIRA and Confluence; supporting execution of the team’s backlog, performance analysis, and issue investigation.
• Strong individual integration skills, knowledge of system algorithms, signal processing concepts, and determining system performance within a team environment.

• Lead integration and test planning / execution, executing verification / validation events, and perform analysis to identify and resolve technical observations.
• Participate in system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Execute integration plans and testing activities according to defined milestones / schedules.
• Integrate and test system software builds for supporting integration, verification, and test activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑program leads / stakeholders to generate test approaches, ensure test‑setup readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness reviews).
• Confirm test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware and ensure compliance with Department of Defense technology release and export licensing policies.
• Willingness to do local and non‑local travel, including domestic and foreign military sales products. Expected travel is 10%.
