In response to strong market momentum, Rennell Capital Group is proactively expanding our estimating capabilities. We're adding a Senior MEP Estimator to our team to support our growing pipeline of projects nationwide—fully remote.
This is a great fit for experienced MEP professionals who want flexibility without giving up meaningful work.
Qualifications- 7–10+ years estimating MEP systems especially for multifamily, mixed-use, or adaptive reuse projects
- Confidence handling cost estimates, takeoffs, value engineering, and change order pricing
- Experience managing changes in scope, budgets, and project documentation
- Comfortable using tools like Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Revit, Trimble, or OST
- Able to support design-build, preconstruction, and change order negotiations
- Easy to combine with your current consulting or freelance work
