We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the development and life‑cycle management of the LTAMDS radar.

• Develop requirements, algorithms, concepts of operation, and define system interfaces.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real‑world environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact.
• Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.

• Desired Skill Set:
  Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test. Experience developing scripts and functions with MATLAB. Experience with C++, Python, or similar. Experience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or field supporting integration and/or verification. Experience evaluating systems using simulated environments. Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.

  Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience. Education Level
