Senior Program Execution Lead – Raytheon

Responsibilities- Manage cost, schedule, and program health; provide status reporting.
- Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations.
- Coordinate interaction between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Plan, schedule, and manage material procurement and build activity in ERBS assembly areas.
- Act as liaison between Design Engineering and ERBS Operations.
- Collect and analyze data for EVMS support and program status; interact with internal PMO customers and external customers.
- Coordinate QA dispositioning, acceptance, and shipping of deliverable hardware; manage hand‑offs to internal customers.
- Key stakeholder for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews and Ship Readiness Reviews.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline; 7 years of professional relevant experience (Bachelors in Business or Management with experience in engineering operations also considered).
- Experience managing personnel, schedule, and budget within engineering or manufacturing.
- Experience interpreting engineering documents including drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
- Experience in Product Data Management (PDM), PRISM and/or other SAP products.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and managing suppliers.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Master’s Degree in Engineering Management.
- Certified in Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Experience in bidding, including formal proposals to U.S. Government customers.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Hands‑on mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience analyzing financial data and presenting EACs to leadership.
