Security Clearance
:
Secret – Current. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
- Be responsible for radar processing algorithm development.
- Be responsible for radar software requirements development.
- Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
- Develop analysis tools in support of problem identification and resolution.
- Work with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience or equivalent.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures.
- Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments.
- Design experience in radar system areas such as antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi‑sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management, and mission planning.
- Development experience, including use of DOORS.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++.
- Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.
- Systems engineering experience on DoD systems.

- Competitive salary range: $101,000 – $203,000 USD.
