JR. Hardware​/Sft Test ENGINEER- Labview- RF Tewksbury, MA

Eligibility & Security Clearance

US Citizenship is required for this position. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Full Time, C2C, or 1099.

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in an engineering design and development environment.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.

• Experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Experience with National Instruments’
  Test Stand, Lab Windows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience
  .
• Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.).
• Preferred experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software.

• Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through its development cycle, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities.
• Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in the development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities.
• Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle.
• Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget, schedule, and performance commitments.
