Program Overview
  • Detailed program to learn the business including Stephen Gould's 5 Principles that drive their fantastic people centered culture. Stephen Gould - 5 Principals
  • You will have the opportunity to engage with current clients and independently pursue new business development as you grow your book of business, leveraging Stephen Gould's full lifecycle solutions.
  • You will be aligned with a senior sales leader as your mentor and work closely with the sales support team including designers, project managers, and account coordinators on vendor communication, timetables deliverables, production status etc.
  • Your first 2 years are salaried while you build your individual business and master the product knowledge needed for long term success. Once you are ready, you will transition to a best in the industry, uncapped commission structure. Keep in mind, you can transition at any time!
Responsibilities & Expectations

The role is not a typical corporate sales position. You will start your own business with an unmatched compensation opportunity and a business model that allows you to be your own boss while being supported by Stephen Gould's brand, internal resources, and teams. The right candidate will be a "hunter and farmer" and an entrepreneur s is an ideal position for someone who has the communication skills, confidence, intelligence, resourcefulness, and a creative drive to become a future sales executive and leader at Stephen Gould.

A bachelor's degree is desired.
