Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated professional Senior Administrative Staff Coordinator, Raytheon Accounting department to provide office management support to Assistant Controllers, Senior directors and their teams. The successful candidate can effectively manage under time constraints, in a fast-paced work environment, and can multi-task. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills. The role performs a wide range of administrative tasks.

This role also requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.

What You Will Do:
  • Provideuerpo Support to the SBU Accountingفعال Assistant Controller:

  • Calendar management

  • Meeting and training support

  • Travel arrangements

  • Expense reports

  • Organizational Chart Updates

  • Issue Communications on behalf of director

  • Help plan department and staff events

  • Prepare presentations/charts as required

  • Ad hoc support for PD&P staff and personnel

  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information requested

  • Ad hoc support for SBU Accounting leaders and staff

  • Provide support Table on other Accounting Senior Directors and teams:

  • Schedule meetings

  • Travel and expenses

  • Room reservations and invites for onsite group meetings/events

  • Provide vacation coverage and support to the Controller administrative assistant

  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining documents/files, arranging meetings, catering, requesting office and IT supplies, making proper referrals, and sending, receiving, referring, and answering emails

  • Support approvals processing for policy requirements and document retention
