As Store Manager, you will have full ownership of the store, driving retail performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role suits a commercially focused leader who enjoys being hands on and visible on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager

Take full responsibility as Store Manager for all store operations and commercial performance
Drive retail sales through strong leadership and KPI management
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand values
Lead visual merchandising to ensure the store is commercial and inspiring
Recruit, train and develop a motivated retail team
Manage stock, audits, health and safety and all operational compliance
Use commercial insight and data to improve retail performance and profitability

About You

You are an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step into a Store Manager role within retail. You are commercially minded, confident leading teams and passionate about delivering a brilliant customer experience.
