Quality Inspector

Position: Quality Inspector (Permanent)
A leading engineering manufacturer is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join their expanding quality team. In this role, the Quality Inspector will ensure components and assemblies meet strict engineering and aerospace standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will carry out detailed dimensional and visual inspections, support non‑conformance processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities across the department.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Certificate (preferably via apprenticeship)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a machine shop, including at least 1 year in inspection

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T

• Strong attention to detail and experience working to tight tolerances

• Confident communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
