• Setting and operating CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines with FANUC controls to produce precision components to customer specifications
• Inspecting your own work to drawing and SPC requirements
• Maintaining a high standard of engineering ability and workmanship
• Keeping your work area organised and compliant with 5C/5S principles

• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
• Strong working knowledge of CNC MILL/TURN operations and FANUC controls
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and read technical drawings
• Knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed (advantageous but not essential)
