Operator with a passion for precision and quality? Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading precision engineering business to find a talented machinist to set, program, and operate multi-axis CNC machines (Mazatrol Smooth and/or Fanuc). • Set up, prove out, and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
• Manufacture components to engineering drawings, meeting dimensional and surface finish requirements.
• Conduct first-off and stage inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Organise tooling and materials to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and management to optimise machine efficiency.
• Work safely and efficiently to H&S standards.

• Strong experience with Mazatrol Smooth (preferred) and/or Fanuc systems.
• Skilled in multi-spindle or sliding head machines (Mazak or Star preferred).
• Manufacturing experience in a precision, high-tolerance environment.
• Comfortable interpreting complex engineering drawings and using precision measuring equipment.
• Pride in your work, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive, safe approach to work.

• Exceptional pay potential (up to £20/hr) for candidates with in-depth Mazatrol Smooth knowledge who can operate machines at an expert level.
