Maintenance​/Handyman

Croft Farm is a small but active family run campsite 1 mile from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire. We are mainly a touring site but we do have areas for tents as well. Also, we have a 30 lodge development. A 9-acre lake is the centrepiece of Croft Farm where you’ll see water sports happening every day including windsurfing, sailing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking.

We are currently looking for a hands on dependable member of staff to join our maintenance team for the 2026 season, March to October. The role would suit a retired / semi retired person. Your hours would be 30 per week. You’ll need to be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own, have a good sense of humour and to undertake many varied tasks.

There would be a requirement to work 4-5 days that also cover the weekend for and maintenance issues that come up. This role would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired person who enjoys practical work.

• General maintenance and repairs around the campsite
• Basic electrical work (lighting, hook-ups, small repairs)
• Basic plumbing tasks (leaks, taps, toilets, water points)
• Helping keep facilities safe, tidy, and in good working order
• Operate mowers and general groundskeeping.

• Has practical experience and a problem‑solving approach.
• Good customer service skills, a can‑do attitude, have good written and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence is required for both parties.
