• Drive technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
• Host customer visits related to returned units
• Manage customer expectations and progress timelines
• Author and support aftermarket technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal engineers to rectify and improve products

• Practical engineering problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication
• Commercial awareness – customer facing
• Engineering qualification preferred
