Role – Repairs Investigations Engineer

You will be leading on and linking technical investigations with customer engagement to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Duties– Repairs Investigations Engineer
- Drive technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
- Host customer visits related to returned units
- Manage customer expectations and progress timelines
- Author and support aftermarket technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal engineers to rectify and improve products
- Practical engineering problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Commercial awareness – customer facing
- Engineering qualification preferred
