We are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Tewkesbury who are looking to recruit an experienced On-Site Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and a structured shift pattern within a stable and growing manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern:

* Week 1: 6:00am – 1:30pm

* Week 2: 1:30pm – 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment

* Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems and machinery

* Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime

* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations

* Working closely with production and engineering teams on site

Requirements:

* 18th Edition

* City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering

* Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work effectively on a rotating shift pattern
