Senior Staff Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer – Flight Control Systems

• Lead the technical development of Flight Control hardware for primary and secondary control systems.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

• Proven experience in electrical design engineering within aerospace or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electronic architecture, certification standards, and safety‑critical systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical mentoring and project oversight.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
