  About the Role:
  
  We are looking for a committed and compassionate Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting pupils with a high level of needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who require additional support to thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND.

Deliver a high standard of care and support for pupils with communication difficulties.

Work under the direction of the SENDCO to implement individualised support strategies.

Support pupils with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

Liaise with teaching staff to help pupils access the curriculum, adapting materials and approaches to suit individual learning needs.

Promote inclusion and encourage independence in learning and social development.

A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

Experience working with EHCPs and implementing personalised learning plans.

Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with SEND needs.
