An inclusive primary school in Tewkesbury seeks a Behaviour Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support for children with challenging behaviour and Special Educational Needs (SEND). This role requires empathy and patience, delivering tailored behaviour management strategies and fostering a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with behavioural needs, but those passionate about supporting children are encouraged to apply.

The position is full-time, starting ASAP, with working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm during term time.
