Site Manager – Eco Residential Development

Up to £70,000 + attractive package

We are working in partnership with a well-established SME house builder to recruit an experienced Site Manager for their brand-new residential development near Tewkesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking developer delivering high-quality, eco-focused homes, with a strong pipeline of future sites across the Gloucestershire region.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Full on-site management from start through to completion

* Managing subcontractors, labour and materials

* Ensuring compliance with H&S, NHBC, and building regulations

* Driving quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction

* Coordinating with the commercial and technical teams

* Maintaining programme schedules and reporting progress

About You

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building

* Experience working on SME or bespoke developments is highly desirable

* Strong knowledge of build processes, H&S, and quality control

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)

* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent leadership skills

* Passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes
