Up to £70,000 + attractive package. We are partnering with a well-established SME house builder to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a brand-new residential development near Tewkesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking developer delivering high-quality, eco-focused homes with a strong pipeline of future sites across the Gloucestershire region.

• Full on-site management from start through to completion
• Managing subcontractors, labour and materials
• Ensuring compliance with H&S, NHBC, and building regulations
• Driving quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with the commercial and technical teams
• Maintaining programme schedules and reporting progress

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building
• Experience working on SME or bespoke developments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of build processes, H&S, and quality control
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent leadership skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes
