To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Up to £26,624 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).

Monday to Friday – 4 long days (8 am – 6 pm) 38 hours a week.

The Old Station Nursery Innsworth provides exceptional childcare in a purpose‑built, eco‑friendly setting opposite Imjin Barracks. Our purpose‑built nursery setting offers spacious, sunlit rooms ideal for exploration, featuring eco‑friendly elements like a sedum roof and rainwater harvesting. Outside, our expansive garden exhibits a mud kitchen, vegetable garden, and engaging outdoor activities our children love. To locate The Old Station Nursery Innsworth, follow signs to HQ ARRC and turn opposite Imjin Store.

Situated directly across from Imjin Barracks and just 5 minutes from the A40. There is parking available onsite next to Cost cutter.

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
