• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• Exposure to fumes and odors may occur.
• Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
