The Primary Functions are to coordinate patient care with the interdiciplinary team this is to include physicians, patients, family, and Hope Pediatrics.
Responsibilities- Minimal
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing. - Licensure:
Current Texas state licensure as a Registered or Vocational Nurse. - Experience:
RN or LVN in a clinical care setting preferred, home health preferred but not required. - CPR:
American Heart Association or Red Cross (for healthcare providers). - Transportation:
Reliable transportation, valid and current auto liability insurance.
