As a Nurse Practitioner focused on primary care, you will provide exceptional care across all life stages, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while collaborating closely with a dedicated team.

• Diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities, including prescribing medications and preventive measures.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret laboratory results.
• Develop and implement comprehensive outcomes‑based patient treatment plans.
• Counsel patients regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and behavior modification.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals.
• Maintain knowledge of evidence‑based practices for physical and mental dysfunctions.
• Use electronic medical record systems and related software.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and critical‑thinking skills.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one).
• National Nurse Practitioner certification in primary care or family practice.
• Texas RN licensure or RN licensure with compact privilege from a state that is party to the Nurse Licensure Compact for RNs and LVNs & Texas APRN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 2 years primary care NP experience.
