Associate Inventory Specialist

• Inventory Control:
  Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished goods; perform cycle counts; support physical inventories; update ERP/warehouse systems; monitor and report low stock.
• Material Handling:
  Stage materials for production; receive and inspect shipments; operate forklifts/pallet jacks; ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation.
• Documentation & Data Entry:
  Record receipts, adjustments, and issues; maintain logs and inventory records; prepare labels, pick lists, and shipping documents.
• Production Support:
  Deliver materials promptly to designated lines.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in warehousing, inventory, or material handling (manufacturing preferred).
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.li>
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with Emaint.
• Industrial or high volume manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Kanban, lean, or pull systems.
