Service Coordinator

Job Overview

Service Coordinator position located in Rockwall and Kaufman counties. Responsibilities include assessing and verifying service coordination needs, planning services, referrals, monitoring of service provision أنّ, advocacy, crisis services, documentation of progress, frequent contact with consumers, family members, and service providers. Candidate must accommodate flexible schedule, including after-hours, holidays, and weekend work.

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree from an accredited college or university (any field) OR Associate degree in a social, behavioral, human service, or health‑related field (psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, education, criminal justice) with at least one year paid or unpaid experience working with individuals with IDD preferred.
• High School diploma or recognized certificate plus two years of paid or unpaid experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus.

Salary: $19.00/hourly. Standard hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Scheduling is flexible, including after‑hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.
