Requirements- Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- Current therapist license issued by The State of Texas and a current CPR certificate

- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication, flexibility, and professionalism
- Self-direction with a sense of team commitment
