• Support members and clients by explaining and promoting existing applications and technological tools that enable them to perform transactions and operations independently.
• Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and related activities.
• Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate partners.
