Reporting to the Sales Director, the person in this position is responsible for maintaining business relationships with the company's customers. This person will play a key role in analyzing sales, stimulating business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with our existing and potential customers. They must be determined to achieve their goals and actively contribute to the growth of the company.

Responsabilities :- Analyze sales activities and identify opportunities within the customer base.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure that their needs are met.
- Develop new business opportunities with selected customers.
- Make prospecting calls and send emails to generate sales.
- Support your manager by gathering and analyzing sales information into relevant summaries and providing conclusions and recommendations.
- Act as a technical advisor to guide our customers toward products that meet their needs.
- Stay abreast of competitive trends and initiatives and communicate them to your team leader.
- Maintain good, lasting, and mutual relationships with customers.
- Promote special offers to selected customers.
- Manage, update, and complete the customer database (CRM).
- Participate in events, networking activities, and training sessions.
- Perform any other related tasks.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Bilingualism (French and English) essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Knowledge of our products or auto body repair (an asset).
