Position Summary

To support the Store Manager and manage store operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable store sales.

As a member of the Management Team, you will drive sales profitability through goal attainment, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will analyze financial reports, market trends, and community needs to identify market changes, control expenses, communicate results, and guide Associates. You will create, with the Management Team, operational plans, establish priorities, delegate, and provide clear direction. You will implement new programs and evaluate effectiveness across categories.

You will act as a corporate ambassador, support community initiatives, motivate Associates, reward performance, and maintain compliance with Walmart policies.
