ResponsibilitiesAs a Wireless Sales Consultant, you are a champion of the customer experience in the wireless department. You enable our work, learn, and grow culture for customers and associates and share your expertise about the latest wireless products, services, and trends. Primarily a sales position, you will:
- Connect, share, and partner with customers; identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
- Help customers meet and exceed their needs; be an expert with our product and services; reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback and promote additional products
FTC and services that create value. - Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless and encourage referrals.
- Achieve personal sales goals.
- Maintain merchandise standards, including current pricing.
- Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
- Stay updated through internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards).
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and elevate to management when appropriate.
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or general sales experience.
- Customer focus and service orientation.
- Ability to coach others.
- Capacity to communicate via a variety of mediums.
- Productive planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills to handle daily responsibilities.
- Technology savvy.
- Curious, approachable, passionate, and problem‑solving mindset.
