As a traffic control flagger, you will:

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety for all.
• Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per day and lift 50–60 lb.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Experience driving.
• Must pass pre‑employment screenings, including a drug test, as this is a safety‑sensitive role.

• Competitive pay: $17.25 to $18.00 per hour, overtime opportunities, guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Rapid advancement:
  Potential to progress to Senior Protector within 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
