As a Finish Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life with precision and attention to detail.

• Finish Carpentry:
  Execute high-quality finish carpentry work, including but not limited to trim work, crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and other decorative elements.
• Installation:
  Measure, cut, and install various wood materials to meet project specifications.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and design plans.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
• Reliability:
  Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational or technical training in carpentry is a plus.
