Security Officer Flex Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or employees by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at entrances, receiving areas, and/or employee-only doors by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing foot traffic according to location policies;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems to help identify suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, and report concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including resolving access disputes, assisting with lost and found situations, and documenting events in written reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access points, open doors, and/or irregular conditions
